This approach to double sites will remain in place for the remainder of this season and there are no plans to change this for Phase 3. Two vehicles will be permitted on a double site without an extra fee. Cancellations and refunds will be administered automatically by Discover Camping. This fee is substantially less than the fees associated with canceling a reservation and re-booking a new reservation. Due to the pandemic it is not business as usual in BC Parks, and we have had to implement some changes such as the elimination of group camping and the new rules around double sites. While these changes no doubt impact groups, we are asking for the public’s cooperation in order to help keep parks open and safe. Campground reservations must be made in advance via Discover Camping.. Group sites and picnic shelters will remain closed until further notice.
